Morrison & Foerster sponsored this public symposium on social entrepreneurship put on by the organizers of the Global Social Venture Competition at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. At the symposium, Mike Ward, Eric Tate, Tessa Schwartz and Suz Mac Cormac presented a legal workshop on issues that start-ups face. In addition, Suz Mac Cormac was one of the judges for the Social Venture Competition.
