Susan Mac Cormac will participate in a panel discussion at the 2009 ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago. The panel discussion will focus on “Arming for the Cleantech Revolution: The United States Prepares Landmark Federal and State Legislation to Save the Climate and the Economy.” Additional panelists will include: Jeff Cohen (U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board), Cara Horowitz (UCLA’s Emmett Center on Climate Change), and Michael Wara (Stanford’s Program on Energy and Sustainable Development).
