The Supreme Court Review 2012 Panel

The Supreme Court continues its active interest in the Federal Circuit’s docket. As is traditional at the Bench & Bar, this panel will help all stay current on both the substantive case law and the complex relationship between the two tribunals. The panel will include leading members of national Supreme Court and Appellate practices and those who have practiced in the Office of the Solicitor General.
