This panel will discuss the most important arbitration issues of the past year. Topics of discussion will include the United States Supreme Court rulings dealings with arbitration issues, as well as notable federal and state court decisions. Of particular note, the panel will talk about issues relating to the Supreme Court rulings in the areas of arbitrability and class actions arbitrations.
