Program Description:  An expert panel will focus on the requirements and recent developments of California’s Unfair Competition Law and Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and compare and contrast these laws with the federal antitrust laws other states unfair competition laws.  Speakers will discuss counseling tips and litigation strategies, as well as current enforcement trends.  Questions will be answered after the presentation.
