Morrison & Foerster is a sponsor of the Association of Corporate Counsel – Bay Area Chapter Cleantech Committee panel discussion series on Cleantech related issues.  The first panel discussion focused on “The 10 Most Critical Legal Issues Every GC Should Know.”  The event was held in the San Francisco and Palo Alto Offices. 

The 10 most critical legal issues that were discussed during the event were Corporate Governance, M&A and Restructuring, Alternative Energy, Sustainable Operations, Intellectual Property Management, Green Building, Green Marketing, Risk/Insurance, and International Operations.
