The 2011 West Coast Capital Conference will pull together experts from various fields, to discuss and recommend innovative business strategies to drive growth during the year and beyond.

Gavin Grover, Hendrik Jordaan and Michael O’Bryan will lead a panel on alternatives to traditional M&A structures, including (i) minority investments by private equity firms and strategic investors, (ii) joint ventures and strategic alliances, and (iii) recapitalizations, restructurings and other similar transaction structures.

Kenneth Muller will lead a panel focused on current trends in fund formation practices and fund raising strategies in the PE environment.
