Aaron Archer is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster's London office. Mr. Archer works for both private and public companies in a number of sectors including technology, life sciences, media and energy and utilities.
Mr. Archer's practice focuses on advising on mergers & acquisitions, private equity/venture capital transactions, and IPOs and other securities issues. His experience includes advising a NYSE listed global leader in electronic payment technologies on its acquisition of a UK media technologies company, advising the sellers on the sale of a leading online restaurant booking company, advising a venture capital investment firm in its investment in a cloud based email management company, advising a global international language school on a multi-million dollar equity investment in a Maltese company, and advising the NOMAD on a fast-track AIM listing of an Australian based natural resource exploration company.
Mr. Archer received his LL.B (hons.) from the University of Reading in 2000. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
