Adam Fleisher is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses on privacy and regulatory issues.
Mr. Fleisher received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley, his M.A. from the University of Chicago, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fleisher worked for a foreign policy think tank, focusing on international economics issues, and served as an assistant editor at a foreign policy magazine. During law school he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Kathryn A. Oberly of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and was a clerk for The Institute for Justice.
