Adrian James is an associate in the Finance Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo Office. Mr. James’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, sponsors and other parties in finance transactions, including project finance and acquisition finance. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. James practiced law in the New York and Hong Kong offices of prominent international law firms.
Mr. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (with First Class Honours) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law. Mr. James is licensed to practice law in New York. Mr. James is also fluent in Malay.
