Alex Touma is an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions Practice Group. Mr. Touma advises clients on transactional matters involving intellectual property, including matters regarding joint ventures, licensing, acquisition, and sale of intellectual property and technology.
Mr. Touma earned his J.D., cum laude, and his High Tech Law Certificate from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where he worked on the Computer & High Technology Law Journal, served as co-president of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned his B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Mr. Touma is a member of the American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Bar Association of San Francisco Barristers Club’s Diversity Committee.
