Alex Gin is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the firm's Technology Transactions Group. He advises technology clients on mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters. Mr. Gin also has extensive real estate transactional experience, representing public and private companies in connection with purchases and sales, leases and financings.
Mr. Gin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002 with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology (Immunology). He earned his J.D. at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007, where he served as a Senior Editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. He also received a certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School.
