Alexandra Wei Gao is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai Office. Her practice includes handling a variety of legal projects, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities offerings, venture capital, and other general corporate matters. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked at a leading Chinese law firm for four years.
Ms. Gao obtained her LL.B. degree from Zhejiang University in China and LL.M. degree from University of Essex in England. She is qualified to practice in the People’s Republic of China. She is a non-practicing PRC certified public accountant. She is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
