Alfred Leung is an associate of Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. Mr. Leung’s practice focuses on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities offerings, private equity transactions, investment funds transactions and general corporate matters.
Mr. Leung received his PCLL from the University of Hong Kong and completed his LL.B as well as B.Comm at Monash University in Australia. Mr. Leung is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an associate member of CPA Australia.
Mr. Leung is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
