Ali U. Nardali is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Mr. Nardali’s practice focuses on executive compensation and associated matters faced by the firm’s clients, principally in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public and private, domestic and international.
Mr. Nardali received his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was on the editorial board of The Yale Law Journal. He received his B.A. in mathematics, with highest distinction, from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
