Alyse Latour is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Government Contracts and Corporate Groups, where she represents clients from small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in government contracts litigation and counseling matters. She has successfully represented clients in bid protest actions before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Government Accountability Office in protests of contracts involving billions of dollars. Ms. Latour's practice also focuses on mergers and acquisitions, government contracts counseling and due diligence, public offerings and private placements of securities, venture capital investments, and other business transactions. Ms. Latour also counsels clients on corporate law and securities law matters.
