Amy Collins is based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Technology Transactions Group and the Global Sourcing Group.
Ms. Collins advises on a wide range of general commercial and non-contentious technology matters including outsourcing transactions, contracts for the supply and acquisition of technology equipment and services, and software licensing and development.
Ms. Collins has represented a range of global and domestic, financial and technology companies. Recent experience includes drafting and negotiating various IT services agreements for a leading financial services and insurance provider in respect of the global outsourcing of its IT infrastructure and services.
Ms. Collins received an LLB in English and French Law from King’s College London as well as the French equivalent (Maîtrise en Droit Français) from the Sorbonne in Paris (L’Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne) in 2008. She received her LLM in International Commercial Law from King’s College London in 2009 and completed the Legal Practice Course in London in 2010.
Ms. Collins is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
