Diversity is deeply ingrained in MoFo’s culture. Twenty years ago, we adopted a diversity mission statement that said we would “continue our work to break down barriers to equal opportunity, to value fully the differences among people in our organization while recognizing our similarities, and to create an atmosphere in which each individual can develop his or her potential to the fullest extent possible.”
So far, our diversity efforts have been recognized. For 10 consecutive years, we have been named to The American Lawyer’s A-List, which takes into account nonfinancial measures such as diversity in recognizing the top 20 firms in the United States. MoFo ranked third overall for diversity on a cumulative list based on the rankings of all firms over the last 10 years.
