Andrew Dick is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster. Mr. Dick’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Mr. Dick represents both public and private companies in a wide range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, going-private transactions, restructurings, and general company matters.
Mr. Dick advises clients in various industries, including information technology, energy, banking and financial services, construction and retail.
Mr. Dick received his J.D. in 2008 from New York University School of Law, where he was an editor of the
NYU Environmental Law Journal. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2004
