Andrew Bernick is an associate in the Litigation Department in Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office.
Mr. Bernick received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated first in his class. During law school, Mr. Bernick served as a member of the McGeorge Law Review and competed on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition team. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Frank C. Damrell, Jr., United States District Court, Eastern District of California.
Mr. Bernick graduated with a B.A. in Journalism from Arizona State University, where he was a reporter and Sports Editor for the University's newspaper, The State Press.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Bernick was a law clerk to the Honorable Garland E. Burrell, Jr., United States District Court, Eastern District of California.
