Anne-Carmene Almonord is an associate with the Project Finance and Development Group in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster.
Ms. Almonord’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions and other parties in interest in a range of project finance transactions. Ms. Almonord also represents developers in the negotiation of engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, and has recently worked on the construction of a two unit, 2800 MW Advanced Boiling Water Reactor nuclear power plant.
Ms. Almonord earned her J.D. in 2008 from Columbia University School of Law, and she earned her dual A.B. degrees, cum laude, from Harvard University.
Ms. Almonord is fluent in French.
