Anne Davis is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on representing companies, audit committees, officers and directors in securities class actions, investigations and enforcement proceedings, DOJ investigations and derivative actions. She has also represented companies in a variety of commercial contexts, including contract disputes, and business torts and liabilities.
Ms. Davis received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While attending law school, she was a member of the American Constitution Society and taught American Government and Politics to University of Michigan undergraduates. She has a M.A. in Political Science from University of Michigan.
Ms. Davis graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in Political Science.
She serves on the board of the Amicus Committee of the Silicon Valley Campaign for Legal Services, (SVCLS) which provides funding for legal assistance for low-income residents in a variety of areas including housing, education, health care, and employment, and is the chair of the Associates Campaign.
