Audrey Luo is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong Office. Her practice focuses on corporate finance, foreign investment, cross-border transactions and capital markets. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked with a Hong Kong local law firm.
Ms. Luo graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with LL.B. and from City University of Hong Kong with LL.M. She passed the National Judicial Examination (Chinese Bar Exam) in 2007. Ms. Luo is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
