Of Counsel, Jeffrey Kayes, shared his insights into what it means to serve as counsel for renewable energy projects and the state of the project finance markets, with a particular focus on natural gas, wind and solar.

Launched last spring, BERCshops aim to create reoccurring interdisciplinary conversations focused on energy and resources issues and solutions. BERCshops, which will run throughout the semester, are open to all in the Berkeley community and aim to bring together those from various disciplines. Hosted by students from department across campus, BERCshops will bring experts to discuss engage with students and facilitate interdisciplinary discussions on energy and resource topics.
