Bradley Lui is Managing Partner for the Washington DC office.
Mr. Lui's practice includes the representation of clients before federal antitrust enforcement agencies, counseling, and criminal and civil litigation. He has extensive civil and criminal antitrust litigation experience, and regularly represents clients before the Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission in connection with both mergers and acquisitions and cartel matters. He also represents clients in connection with cartel and other matters before antitrust authorities in jurisdictions abroad, including the EU, Korea and Japan. Representative matters include obtaining successful settlements for a plaintiff in the vitamins antitrust litigation, and representing clients in cases involving allegations of price fixing in the rubber chemicals, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and transportation industries. Mr. Lui also provides antitrust counseling to companies in the consumer electronic, food, pharmaceutical, and technology industries, among others.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, he was with the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice where he litigated a price fixing suit against the major U.S. domestic airlines and was involved in investigations of Microsoft Corp, major airline mergers as well as grand jury investigations.
