Brendan Mulligan is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm's Technology Transactions group.
Mr. Mulligan received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was designated a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and was a Managing Editor for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Alex J. Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Mulligan received his B.S. from the University of California, San Diego, in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience. Prior to law school, Mr. Mulligan worked on FDA clinical trials management and health outcomes research.
