Mr. Ho received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was Managing Editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ho was a biochemist and engineer and has several years of industry experience in the fields of biochemistry, medical device, research, and engineering.

Mr. Ho was part of the trial team that represented Bayer Healthcare in a patent case brought by Abbott Laboratories. Bayer won on all counts at trial including noninfringement, invalidity, and inequitable conduct, resulting in a rare award of attorney's fees for Bayer. Following the trial, Mr. Ho was also a part of the litigation team representing Bayer in the appeal to the Federal Circuit. On appeal, the Federal Circuit affirmed the trial order, in favor of Bayer, on all counts.
