Caitlin Sinclaire Blythe is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office.
Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Blythe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Seeborg of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Between law school and the start of her clerkship, Ms. Blythe volunteered for the Office of the State Public Defender in San Francisco.
Ms. Blythe received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, where she served as president of Advocates for Education and as a member of the Child Advocacy Clinic. She received her B.A. in political science, summa cum laude and with departmental honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa.
