Calvin Mingyi Jin's practice includes a broad range of cross-border corporate finance transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. He regularly advises major PRC-based and multi-national companies with respect to their regulatory, restructuring, securities, and related foreign direct investment matters in China.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Jin worked for another international law firm in Beijing and also with a leading PRC firm in China.
Mr. Jin is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
