Catherine Young counsels financial institutions and other institutional lenders, borrowers, and equipment leasing companies, as well as lessees, in the structuring, documentation, and administration of various forms of complex debt financings.

Ms. Young works with clients in a wide variety of industries, and has experience in the container leasing, semiconductor equipment manufacturing and timber management, engineering and construction, technology, and healthcare industries.

Securitization Transaction for Textainer Group Holdings Ltd.

Represented Textainer Group Holdings Ltd., the world's largest lessor of intermodal containers based on fleet size, in a securitization transaction and issuance of $850 Million of asset-backed notes.

Sale of $3.5 billion of Receivables

Represented a major healthcare service and supply provider in sale of $3.5　billion of receivables under a securitization facility.

Vendor Financing Credit Facility for Toshiba America Nuclear Energy Corporation

Represented Toshiba America Nuclear Energy Corporation (TANE) in connection with a vendor financing credit facility made available to one of the owners of the new units at an existing two unit nuclear power plant at the South Texas Project in Texas, for which TANE serves as EPC contractor.

Textainer Group Holdings Ltd.

Represented Textainer Group Holdings Ltd., the world's largest lessor of intermodal containers based on fleet size, in a $75 million credit facility.

Lease Financing.

Represented a global leasing fund in a cross-border lease financing of technology equipment in the U.S., Canada, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and China.

$1-billion Lease Financing.

Representation of a major international aircraft manufacturer in a $1-billion operating lease finance program for the financing of regional jets.

$1.4 billion Credit Facility

Represented a major U.S. healthcare provider in a $1.455 billion revolving credit facility.

Lease Financing

Represented a major U.S. healthcare provider in the documentation of leases for a variety of medical equipment.

Global Vendor Finance and Sales of Receivables
