Catherine Rong is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Shanghai office. She advises U.S. and Asia-based multinational corporations in a diverse range of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, acquisition and development of real estate, information technology, foreign direct investments, and regulatory compliance strategies.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Rong worked in the Shanghai office of Concord & Partners where she assisted international and Chinese corporations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, real estate, general corporate matters and intellectual properties.
Ms. Rong received her LL.B. from the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. She is qualified to practice in the People’s Republic of China and is fluent in English and Chinese.
