Celeste Ferber is a senior associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate and Securities Group, resident in Palo Alto. Her practice focuses on representing emerging growth and established companies on a broad range of general corporate, transactional, and securities matters. Ms. Ferber has extensive experience representing public and private companies in complex merger and acquisition transactions, including related-party transactions. She also regularly advises clients on securities offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Ferber is co-author (with Christopher M. Forrester) of Fiduciary Duties and Other Responsibilities of Officers (3rd Edition, R.R. Donnelley Capital Markets). She received her B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University in 1997 and her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2001. She is a member of the State Bar of California.
