Charlie Reid is an associate in the London office of Morrison & Foerster, where he is a member of the firm's Financial Transactions Group.
Mr. Reid advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including restructurings, bank syndications, debt trading, project finance, sovereign debt, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, and cross-border private placements of securities.
Mr. Reid has advised in relation to a variety of film finance transactions, including revolving loan facilities and "gap" finance loan arrangements.
