Chisa Sagara is an associate of Ito & Mitomi and represents clients in a range of corporate matters including real estate, M&A, labor and litigation, with a primary focus on real estate transactions and real estate finance.
Ms. Sagara received her B.A. degree in social science from Hitotsubashi University Faculty of Social Science in 1991. Prior to graduating from the Legal Training and Research Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan in October 2006, Ms. Sagara was employed in the financial services industry by The Daiichi Kangyo Bank (currently Mizuho Financial Group), Dun & Bradstreet Japan, Ltd., and CCMC, Ltd. (Corporate Capital Management Consulting). Ms. Sagara is a member of the First Tokyo Bar Association.
