Christian Andreu-von Euw is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Diego office. His practice focuses on litigation involving patents, trade secrets, and other employment matters.

Mr. Andreu-von Euw received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Andreu-von Euw worked at the Immigration Clinic, where he litigated on behalf of asylum seekers. He also served as a law clerk at Public Counsel Law Center where he assisted with pro-bono litigation matters. In addition, he served as an extern to the Honorable Laurence Rubin, Associate Justice on the California Court of Appeals, and the Honorable Stephen Hillman, Chief Magistrate Judge of U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Mr. Andreu-von Euw received a B.S. in Engineering in 1999 from Harvey Mudd College, where he led a team that designed an intelligent film alignment system for film-to-video transfer equipment.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Andreu-von Euw worked as an electrical engineer both in the United States and Germany. He designed products in the telecommunications and broadcast video industries and was awarded U.S. Patent No: 7,120,363 for his work in Free Space Optical Communications. His technical experience spans a wide range of technologies that include software design, electro-optics, programmable logic, and analog and digital circuit card design.

Mr. Andreu-von Euw is fluent in Spanish and conversant in German.
