Christina Valencia is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Department in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Her practice encompasses a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project financing, corporate and securities matters, and general business transactions.
Ms. Valencia received her B.A. degree in politics and a minor in sociology from the University of Virginia in 2006. She earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009, where she served as the managing editor for the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law.
Ms. Valencia is admitted to practice in Virginia.
