Christopher Robinson is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office. He has handled a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including patent and trade secrets litigation, Hatch-Waxman litigation, and contract litigation. In 2009, Mr. Robinson was a member of the Morrison & Foerster trial team that secured a $36 million jury verdict for our client, Hansen Medical, in a trade secrets case involving medical robotics.

Mr. Robinson graduated from Reed College in 2002 with a B.A. in Biology. His undergraduate thesis explored the molecular characteristics of an important virulence regulator in Enteropathic E. coli. Results from his thesis contributed to a peer-reviewed scientific publication in Infection and Immunity. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Robinson worked for MedImmune Vaccines, Inc., using recombinant DNA technology to design live-virus vaccines.

Mr. Robinson received his J.D. cum laude from Santa Clara University in 2008. In law school, he served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Hon. James Ware of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. He also participated in the Giles Rich Moot Court Competition, winning an award for Best Appellant Brief.
