Christopher Wiener is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster's San Francisco office. Mr. Wiener’s practice focuses on patent litigation, primarily in the technology industry. He also has experience with trademark and trade dress litigation. His cases have involved optical character recognition, smartphones, email platforms, and networking equipment.
Mr. Wiener earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, he was a senior articles editor for the Hastings Law Journal, received multiple Witkin awards for academic excellence, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, he interned at the Corporate Law Department of Blue Shield of California and worked at Morrison & Foerster as a summer associate.
Mr. Wiener graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a B.A. in history and international relations.
