Chrys Carey is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he represents clients in a wide variety of derivatives transactions, including in the context of broader lending transactions. He negotiates ISDA Master Agreements and other trading documents, including related collateral arrangements, on behalf of foreign and domestic banks, asset managers, multilateral organizations and end-users, facing a wide range of counterparties.
Mr. Carey also represents commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, hedge funds and asset managers in secondary market loan transactions, including transfers of claims and proceeds resulting from bankruptcies and other restructuring transactions.
Mr. Carey has extensive experience representing banks, underwriters and financial guarantors in a wide variety of other capital markets and financing transactions, including asset-based loan origination, residential MBS, ABS and other structured finance transactions.
