Cloud computing and "as-a-service" delivery channels have rapidly become a mainstream part of organisations' technology sourcing options. But, as with many technical developments, laws and regulations have not evolved at the same pace. Additionally, even within Europe, the legal landscape that affects cloud-based services delivery is not uniformly harmonised.
This webinar will look at the status of cloud computing in a number of key European countries and the effect that national differences in approach to cloud-based services may have on organisations' use of such services.
Speakers will examine cloud-related developments in the UK, France, Scandinavia, Germany, Italy and Benelux – in each case, considering the practical implications of these developments for organisations intending to use cloud-based ICT solutions.
