Colin Bennett is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Bennett was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm, where he represented public and private company clients in a variety of matters, with a focus on M&A and syndicated lending transactions.
Mr. Bennett received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a contributing editor of the Michigan Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Yale University.
