Craig Yamakawa's practice focuses on the representation of Japanese, U.S., and European institutional clients in all major aspects of real estate practice in Japan, including the structuring, negotiating, and documenting of real estate and non-performing loan asset acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, asset management, and servicing agreements.
Mr. Yamakawa received his J.D. from the University of California School of Law at Los Angeles, and his B.A, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
