The US-China Business Council, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and the Bay Area Council will host a luncheon and panel discussion on the US-China commercial relationship on April 19.

• Frisbie will discuss the current operating environment for US companies in China and provide an overview of the latest developments in US-China trade politics.
• Comey will discuss key issues affecting investments and acquisitions in China, including issues affecting technology industries.
