Daisuke Niwa is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Niwa represents a variety of corporations, both Japanese and international companies, in general corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the fields of M&A, labor, and litigation. His practice focuses on asset-backed securitizations, primarily in the area of real estate, and capital markets equity offerings. He is a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
Mr. Niwa is currently working at the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission of Japan.
