Dan Hubin is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office and a member of the firm's Litigation Group.
Mr. Hubin received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern to Justice David T. Prosser of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, competed in the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s Giles Rich patent law moot court, and previously worked for Morrison & Foerster as a summer associate.
Mr. Hubin received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin.
