Mr. Harris is an associate in the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Group of Morrison & Foerster.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Harris was an associate in the New York office of another large law firm where he represented a wide range of clients in all aspects of chapter 11 litigation and proceedings. Mr. Harris has represented chapter 11 debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, official creditors’ committees and ad hoc committees of bondholders in complex restructuring transactions. Mr. Harris has also advised foreign representatives in chapter 15 recognition proceedings. From 2010-2011, Mr. Harris served as law clerk to the Honorable Martin Glenn, Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Harris earned his J.D. from the Pace University School of Law, where he was a member of the Pace Law Review and a participant in the Federal Judicial Extern Honors Program. He received his B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
