Daniel Matza-Brown is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. He has represented accounting firms, digital media companies, cellular service providers, and other domestic and international companies in a wide range of cases in state and federal court, including auditor and accountant liability actions, patent litigation, securities class actions, and contract disputes. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, in which he has handled appeals concerning access to special education and immigrants' rights. 

Mr. Matza-Brown received his J.D. cum laude, from New York University School of Law in 2007, where he was senior articles editor of the Review of Law & Social Change. He earned his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He co-authored the article "The Contribution of Vergence Change to the Measurement of Relative Disparity," published in the Journal of Vision. From 2010 to 2011, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Freeman in the District Court for the Southern District of New York.
