Daniel R. Kahan

Daniel Kahan is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Corporate Department.  His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, early-stage and venture capital investments, technology transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Mr. Kahan has worked with privately held and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries, including hardware, software, defense, healthcare, real estate, and financial services.

Mr. Kahan received his A.B. from Georgetown University and his J.D., cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
