Daniel Zlatnik currently works in the litigation department of Morrison & Foerster. He has handled a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract litigation, trade secret, trademark, patent infringement, and other intellectual property matters. In 2010, he was a member of the Morrison & Foerster team that secured a favorable jury verdict in a patent infringement trial in Delaware.
Mr. Zlatnik also has had extensive opportunity to do pro bono work, including a pending case involving allegations of corruption within the California prison system. He has also served multiple clients in immigration and asylum cases.
