David Medlar is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group in the New York office. Mr. Medlar’s practice focuses on consumer and retail financial services representing major financial institutions, large retailers, and corporations.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Medlar was an associate in the bank finance practice group of another prominent international law firm, where his work focused on representing lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, leveraged and investment grade finance transactions, and general corporate lending.
Mr. Medlar earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, his M.A. in Latin from Stockholm University, and his B.A. in Classics from the University of Oklahoma.
Mr. Medlar is fluent in Swedish. He is admitted to practice in New York.
